1. Technical-preview status
Pipipong v0.9.5 is a public technical preview, not a production-stable service. Features, integrations, formats, and availability may change. The current macOS build can be downloaded without an application or invitation, subject to the system and executor requirements shown on the Download and Status pages.
The Pet Community is currently a Phase A public-browsing experience. Account creation, email verification, favourites, reports, pet-package downloads, personal libraries, hosted drafts, uploads, review, and publishing are not available and should not be relied on as offered services.
2. Permitted use
You may install and evaluate the preview for lawful personal or organisational work when you have authority to access the relevant device, account, application, project, and files. Do not use it to bypass security, access another person's systems or data without permission, distribute malware, or infringe rights.
3. Plans, permissions, and confirmation
You are responsible for checking the requested scope, execution plan, selected files, permissions, and confirmation prompts before allowing an action. Keep independent backups of important files and stop the task if the preview does not match your intention.
Safety controls reduce risk but do not guarantee that a model, executor, application, or integration will always act correctly.
4. AI and third-party tools
The current build uses a configured Codex executor for computer and fixed-project task execution. Any third-party account, model, hosting, or file-delivery service remains subject to that provider's terms, availability, fees, and privacy rules. Pipipong does not grant rights in third-party services or guarantee their output.
5. User content and pet assets
You retain rights you already hold in prompts, files, and original pet assets. You must have permission to use and share every image, audio file, name, license, and other item in a pet pack. Do not upload confidential, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
The public Starter Pack and PPAS specification are reference materials governed by their accompanying notices; their availability does not grant rights in third-party work or make them installable community pet packages. Official pet package binaries are not publicly downloadable in the current Phase A site.
PPAS Studio currently operates locally in the browser and does not accept hosted drafts or submissions. A future creator agreement, approved license list, verified-email flow, private storage, validation, human review, reporting, takedown, and appeal process must be ready before community uploading is offered.
6. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you permit Pipipong to use it to evaluate and improve the product without an obligation to implement it. Do not include third-party confidential information in feedback.
7. Preview risks and limitations
The preview may be incomplete, interrupted, or contain defects. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided for evaluation without a promise of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free task execution. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
8. Suspension, termination, and removal
Pipipong may limit a preview feature or public page to address security, abuse, capacity, or legal concerns. You may stop using the preview at any time, uninstall the desktop app, and revoke its system permissions. Account suspension, hosted-draft deletion, data export, reporting, and appeals are not current public flows; they must be implemented before the corresponding community features open.
9. Privacy
The Privacy Notice explains website logs, installer delivery, public community browsing, desktop-task data, configured executors, and local-only Studio validation. Review it together with the current Status and Safety pages.
